Who provides the cleaning supplies?
BICAZA supplies the products we use to clean your office, however, each customer must supply plastic garbage bags, all paper products, hand soap and air fresheners/scents. BICAZA can for an additional fee procure all products to the client.
Does Bicaza have insurance policies?
Yes, BICAZA has insurance policies that protect the client from any responsibility in accidents that affect their assets and/or people. Once you are our client, the name of your company will be registered in the respective insurance policies.
If we have an emergency (such as flooding a bathroom, an unexpected stain on the carpet ...) can you solve it?
Yes, BICAZA has professional equipment and associates who attend emergencies as soon as possible.
Do you clean houses?
No, we only clean empty houses when we provide special services such as move-in, move-out services or post-construction cleaning.
Which days and times would the cleaning service be done?
We agree with each client on the required schedules, which are coordinated according to the needs of each client.
How do you guarantee the work of your associates?
We constantly train our associates in how to use products, and how to perform an impeccable service. We also have supervisors/team leads who work with our associates and evaluate their work and teach them best practices. Supervisors are also extremely familiar with the facilities and train the associates on day one. One of the best ways we guarantee exceptional service is by requesting feedback on a monthly basis in order to improve and constantly raise the bar on customer satisfaction
